Before we can place your name on the waiting list, we must

have a completed application and a personal interview.

After completing the application,please mail your application

to:Grace-Bankview House Senior Citizens Residence Society,

for Management review. Before a lease agreement can be

signed, the following steps must be taken:

1. A copy of last year’s income tax including T4’s,

T5’s, and the remaining receipts to ones income tax

sent in to Revenue Canada on your behalf are

needed to calculate your rent. The assessment

notice that Revenue Canada sends back to you

MUST be included in the full package.

2. We must have verification that you have a

Tenant’s Insurance Package, which includes


3. Applicant must be on hand to sign the lease and

ready to occupy the suite.

4. Keys will not be issued and nothing can be moved

into a suite until the lease is signed and insurance


5. Appointments for signing the lease or making a

move in inspection will only be made for a regular

workday and scheduled office hours. No

appointments will be made on a holiday or weekend.

6. You are required to have a personal Will and

supply us with information concerning your


7. Move ins are not to be scheduled for weekends or

after caretaker’s hours. However, light boxes can be

moved in after caretaker’s hours with the exclusion

of furniture.

8. You may be asked for a doctor’s certificate

relating to one’s ability to live on his or her own.
