After completing the application, please mail, email or fax your application to the Grace-Bankview House Senior Citizens
Residence Society, for Management review.
Before we can place your name on the waiting list we must have a personal interview.
Before a lease agreement can be signed, the following steps must be taken:
The Notice of Assessment must be included with your completed application in order to determine your rent subsidy.
We highly recommend you have a Tenant’s Insurance Package, which includes liability.
Applicants must be on hand to sign the lease and ready to occupy the suite.
Keys will not be issued, and nothing can be moved into a suite until the lease is signed.
Appointments for signing the lease will only be made during regularly scheduled office hours. Bankview House is open
Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and Grace Lutheran Manor is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am
- 12:00 pm.
You are required to have personal will in place and provide us with the executor’s contact information.
Move-ins can only be scheduled during caretaker’s work hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
You will be asked for a doctor’s certificate relating to one’s ability to live independently.
